Missouri Day

Missouri Day, began in July 1920 and continues today, always celebrated the second weekend in July, with a parade, family gatherings and reunions, picnics, food, baby contest, rodeo, carnival, entertainment, arts, quilt raffle, beer garden and dance celebrating the "Show Me" State of Missouri, settlers, descendants and heritage. The event begins on Friday evening July 13th with the Junior Livestock Show, all day Saturday beginning with a Wake Up Breakfast, parade, and activities ending with a dance in the evening. Sunday, Church in the Park finishes off the weekend festivities.
