** FOWLER WATER TREATMENT PLANT **

Beginning November 22, 2017, electronic copies of the Bidding Documents will be available on the Town’s website. Any Addenda will also be posted on the Town’s website. It is the Bidders’s responsibility to periodically check the Town’s website for such Addenda. Acknowledgment of all addenda is required to submit a responsive bid. No Bidder shall submit more than one (1) bid. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Colorado. Bids will be received on a unit price basis as described in the Bidding Documents. Sealed Bids will be received by THE TOWN OF FOWLER, COLORADO until 10:00 a.m. local time, December 22, 2017.

The basic schedule is as follows:

11/22/2017 – Place bid documents on the town’s website.

12/06/2017 – Starting at 3:00 p.m. Non-mandatory pre-bid conference at town hall.

12/08/2017 – 10:00 a.m. cutoff time for questions.

12/22/2017 – 10:00 a.m. Bids close with bid opening immediately following at town hall.

Once Notice to Proceed is issued the contractor may commence work on site per his schedule.

225 days subsequent to Notice to Proceed – substantial completion.

240 days subsequent to Notice to Proceed – final completion.

IMPORTANT! In order to compete in this bid process you must register your firm with the Town of Fowler. Once that is done you will be given access to the Project Documents and Specifications. Additional addenda will be added at a later date.
